Pathways to Inclusive Recruitment
HireHer is an initiative by GROW Women Leaders, funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE), aimed at helping employers adopt equitable, competency-based hiring practices. Our goal is to break down barriers for skilled immigrant women, BIWOC, and underrepresented groups, while enabling businesses to access diverse talent.
