Upon successful placement of a qualified candidate with the client, a one-time payment will be due to GROW for the services provided, including sourcing, scheduling, vetting, initial interviewing, and follow-up. This fee will be 9% -15% (depending on if it is HQP or Non-HQP) of the candidate's total gross estimated annual earnings.

For example, if the client hires the candidate on a full-time basis (40 hours per week, 2080 hours per year) at an hourly rate of $20, the total annual earnings would be $41,600. Consequently, the GROW's placement fee would be 15% of $41,600, amounting to $6,240. This fee must be paid to GROW within 14 days of the candidate signing the offer letter.

The Champion Package
(Train to Hire)

GROW works with employers to access Government-funded grants for specific job requirements. Employers decide who gets training and what type of training may be needed for their employees.

The client may also request tailored training for prospective employees based on their must-haves (job description) with specifics communicated to GROW. Government grants are available to cover training costs.

The Comrade Package

This package comes with an hourly bill rate with 33% markup. It also includes payroll and time tracking. Invoicing is done bi-weekly after the Employer hires.

For example, if a client hires a candidate at an hourly rate of $20 with a 33% markup, the bill rate becomes $26.60/hour. Payroll and time tracking are included, and invoicing is done bi-weekly after the candidate is hired.

The Collaborator Package
(T4A Contractor)

The client pays a one-time fee of 15% of the total gross estimated annual earnings of the hired employee. This package ensures the client can experience the value of exceptional employees while securing the right talent for their projects.

For example: For a receptionist earning $42,000 annually 15% placement fee would be taken. The calculation would be as follows:
$42,000 * 15% = $6,300 plus required MERCs.
